2. Similar trademarks, similar packaging and decoration goods;

Our company cracks down on infringement from the product sales side. For different situations of counterfeit infringement, we adopt different evidence collection methods such as "notarized purchase" or "webpage screenshots" to file civil lawsuits for trademark infringement with the court.

The key to the effectiveness of this plan is to secure a sufficient quantity and proportion of evidence in a short period of time; then file a lawsuit with the court in a timely manner; and the attack cycle cannot be delayed for too long, so that the purpose of effectively cracking down on counterfeit sales channels can be achieved.
